The
Francis Howell School District Mobile Market program helps feed local
families in need. The Market was established in partnership with Sodexo
USA and the St. Louis Area Foodbank. Through
this partnership, the St. Louis Area Food Bank provides FHSD families
with fresh and nutritious food, such as dairy, meat, and fresh produce.
The
Mobile Market serves approximately 65 families each month. FHSD hopes
to continue to grow the program to help more families in need. The
Market is open one day a month from 2:00 - 4:00 PM, to provide donated
food for those who need it.
Distribution takes place
at the FHSD Burbes Building, 4606 Central School Road in St. Charles. To
sign up to receive donations from the Mobile Market, contact Deanna
Kruse at 636-851-4076.
